Challenge
When everything is the same, the challenge is to stand out. The Standard of Procedures (SOP, Promotions, Sales, etc.) for Honda dealers are standardized. Syarikat Tan Eng Ann Honda is the only 4S centre in Terengganu that offers a full range of services in its centre. They faced challenges to expand themselves and to penetrate the market.
Idea
To tackle the challenge, we implemented a cutting-edge production: a campaign video and the new facelift of Honda Civic review videos. The aim was to highlight the car’s features in the best way possible and for the team of Honda to share related car care tips (i.e., How to take care of your car’s tires, What does the indicators in your Honda car stand for etc).

The language used in the videos was Malay, allowing the message to be conveyed to the local community in a friendlier way. This method allowed the company to approach the local community easier.
Growth
Approaching the community in a more localized way has generated a pleasant result for the company. The video has achieved a 100K impression. Their online inquiry of cars has significantly increased, and there was a 20% increase in their sales. The company successfully opened a branch in the town area to cope with the inquiries.
