Challenge
Hibari Clinic provides Japan-standard medical service with Japanese hospitality and the environment. It is well-known to the Japanese community residing in Malaysia as a community-based clinic that focuses on primary care of daily health and medical needs. Hibari Clinic brought us the challenge to introduce its services to the local Malaysians as the clinic has reached market saturation.
Idea
Hibari Clinic provides genuine care to their patients, anticipating and fulfilling patients’ needs with warm greet and primary treatment. We portray Hibari Clinic as a selfless mother who is loving and provides genuine care to her children.

We proposed and developed a campaign video, a series of informative content videos that include medical tips, related medical myths, and truths shared by the team of Hibari Clinic doctors.

These videos serve as a medium for doctors to engage with the viewers and create a platform for viewers to obtain advice, information, tips, and other informative content.

It was a more effective video marketing strategy than promotional video, and it offers a way to give back to society.
Growth
With the informative videos released, the number of local patrons visiting Hibari Clinic has increased by 50%. The panel clinic subscriptions by corporates have increased as well.

The Ad awareness campaign video has achieved a 20K view with 100K impressions.
